En route again, yesterday we could stop a few hours in Vilardevós to visit Silverio and Ramón at Ánades Galicia. We’d been in touch for a long time on twitter and facebook but had never got the chance to stop there.
Although we couldn’t see the ducks (next year) we witnessed the last duck confit cans being processed in the autoclave. Small, artesan, natural, personal – all the things we can love in a producer. We will be back!
