I’ve just realized that we don’t talk here about all the things we do besides taking you on tapas tours or teaching you some traditional Spanish cooking. Well, as a matter of fact we do LOTS of other things, all related to food!
Today for instance we’re going to do some practical restaurant consulting in Santiago, we’ll bring new ideas for tapas and explain techniques. Knowing the business from different angles -from the inside as chefs, consultants or writers and from the outside as customers or tapas tour leaders- is very enriching for us, and it gives us a better and different perspective (which in turn makes our point of view for both business and customers more qualified).
The pictures are from something similar we did in Seville last spring, at Rafael Ruiz.
