[file] Pan Da Moa, Santiago

A bakery that goes back five generations, it serves traditional breads from Santiago (rosca, bolla, mollete, cornechos, broa) as well as empanadas -savoury pies filled with meat or fish- and new things such as Mediterranean loaf, with dried tomatoes and herbs, or chorizo-filled rolls. One of the shops is nearly on the way in for Camino walkers, definitely a good stop!
